FastPay has been a client of The Hatch for over 3 years and over that time we’ve loved being entrusted with their marketing campaigns. Most recently, our creatives at The Hatch have designed, developed and launched the new FastPay website.
The revamped website includes an array of added features as well as a bold and vibrant colour scheme.
Through additional icons, striking colours and new imagery – The Hatch creative team sought to zhuzh up the FastPay website so that it was more visually appealing and impactful. It was important to maintain the FastPay colour scheme so that the branding is consistent. However, we wanted to make the colours more eye-catching so we added banners and incorporated colours into the icons and tables throughout the site. Through added imagery, we endeavoured to showcase the friendliness of the brand and amplify the FastPay website’s aesthetics.
The structure of the content was revised and in many places the layouts have been redesigned to make the information more digestible.
FastPay’s website was experiencing high bounce rates which needed to be improved along with the overall user journey. Further to this, based on analytical data compiled over time, we made a few small adjustments to maintain and strengthen the marketing value of the site, along with enhancing the functionality. Predominantly, the vast majority of content has been retained, as it already performed so well on the previous FastPay site.
The Hatch team implemented an improved structure featuring concise information, while the user journey has been maximised following the launch of the FastPay website.
“The Hatch have worked with us over the past couple of years with various different projects. They have totally transformed our digital sales & marketing strategy. Their knowledge and advice has been very insightful and helpful and they keep in touch on a regular basis and deliver on their schedules which for me is incredibly important. We have great account managers who are very knowledgeable with PPC, SEO and web design & I must also make a special note of how impressed I am with the team’s writing abilities too. Thank you.”
